At Azuriale, we care about your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a free return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, under the conditions described below.

This commercial returns policy applies to purchases made directly on www.azuriale.com only and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your legal right of withdrawal and your rights in case of defective products under applicable consumer law.


1. Scope of this Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all products purchased directly from Azuriale via the website www.azuriale.com.

If you purchased Azuriale products through a third-party retailer or marketplace, that seller’s own return and refund policy will apply. In such cases, you should contact the relevant seller directly.


2. 30-Day Return Conditions

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return one or more items to us. Returns are free of charge when you use our prepaid return label and comply with the following conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, washed or used (other than trying it on briefly to check size and fit).
  • The product is in its original condition, with all labels, tags and, where applicable, hygienic protection strips intact.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible.
  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, odours, stains, or alteration, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or to offer a partial refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions (for example, if it has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning).

Note: For swimwear, we recommend trying items on over your own underwear to preserve hygiene and avoid traces of make-up, deodorant or perfume.

This commercial 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your minimum legal rights for distance purchases where applicable.


3. How to Make a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Send an email to info@azuriale.com indicating:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • (Optional) The reason for your return (this helps us improve but is not mandatory).
  2. Receive Your Prepaid Return Label
    Once your request has been processed, we will send you a prepaid return label by email (subject to eligibility under this Policy and your location).
  3. Prepare the Package
    • Carefully repackage the products in their original packaging, if possible.
    • Include all accessories, tags and documentation originally supplied.
    • Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the parcel, covering or removing any old labels.
  4. Send the Parcel
    • Drop off the parcel at the indicated drop-off point, relay point or post office specified for the return label.
    • We recommend that you obtain proof of drop-off.
  5. Inspection of Returned Items
    Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to verify that they comply with the return conditions set out in this Policy.

You should send back the products without undue delay after receiving your return label and, in any event, within a reasonable period so that we can process your request efficiently.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Rules

Refunds are possible on request and are subject to review by our Customer Service team. Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or refusal of your refund request.

If your request is approved:

  • We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (for example, bank card or PayPal), unless this is impossible or you explicitly agree to another method.
  • We aim to process refunds within 10 to 14 days from the date we confirm the acceptance of your return and, in any event, within the time limits required by applicable consumer law.

If your request is refused (for example, because the item shows signs of wear or damage inconsistent with the conditions of this Policy), we will inform you by email and:

  • You may choose to receive a store credit (voucher) or an exchange, where available; or
  • If you prefer to recover the item, we can return it to you, with any re-shipping costs payable by you.

4.2 Amount Refunded

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by law:

  • For approved returns, we will refund the price paid for the returned item(s).
  • Initial delivery costs (if applicable) are not refunded, except where the return concerns a defective or non-conforming product or where the entire order is cancelled under your legal right of withdrawal and local law requires reimbursement of standard delivery costs.
  • If only part of your order is returned, the initial delivery costs are generally not refunded.

If the value of the product has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may reduce the amount of the refund accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.

4.3 Free Returns

When you follow the return procedure described above and use our prepaid return label, return shipping is free of charge for you.

If you choose to return items using another shipping method without our prior agreement, you will be responsible for the return costs, and we may not be able to reimburse them.


5. Defective or Non-Conforming Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective, damaged or faulty, or
  • Non-conforming to your order (wrong size, wrong model, incorrect quantity, or substantially different from the description),

please contact us as soon as possible at info@azuriale.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or non-conformity (where applicable).

In these cases:

  • We will provide specific instructions on how to proceed and may send you a prepaid return label.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Azuriale for validated defective or non-conforming items.
  • Depending on stock availability and your preference, you may choose between:
    • A replacement of the same item (or equivalent),
    • An exchange for another item (subject to price adjustment), or
    • A full refund for the defective or non-conforming item.

This is in addition to your statutory legal guarantee rights on defective or non-conforming goods.


6. Exclusions from Returns and Refunds

Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return or refund, in particular:

  • Personalised or custom-made items, produced according to your specific instructions (for example, custom prints or special sizing).
  • Gift cards or vouchers, whether physical or digital.
  • Items explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase (without prejudice to your statutory rights in case of defect or non-conformity).
  • For hygiene and health protection reasons, items which have been unsealed or show clear signs of use, where their nature does not allow them to be returned safely once opened (for example, swimwear without its hygienic protective strip).

Where exclusions apply, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page and/or during the checkout process.


7. Exchanges

Where possible, and subject to stock availability, we may offer you an exchange instead of a refund, for example:

  • Exchange for the same model in a different size or colour; or
  • Exchange for another product of the same value (or higher value with a payment of the price difference).

If the new product is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference in price. If it is of lower value, the difference may be refunded or credited to you in the form of a voucher, depending on what we agree together.

Exchanges are processed after we have received and inspected the returned item.


8. Relationship with Your Statutory Rights

This Returns and Refunds Policy is a commercial policy offered by Azuriale in addition to the rights you may have under applicable consumer legislation.

In particular, depending on your country of residence and the place of purchase:

  • You may benefit from a legal right of withdrawal for distance purchases, enabling you to cancel the contract without giving any reason, under the conditions and exceptions set by law.
  • You are entitled to a legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming products, which may entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and mandatory legal provisions, the legal provisions shall prevail.
